| Brief Introduction to LAB: The company always regards the product quality as its life, and established its own laboratory. The laboratory covering a total area of 40 m2, which has about 10 equipment and fixed assets of 150,000 Yuan. All the test equipment shall be calibrated and inspected each year and can be used only after pass. The main equipment: Salt spray test machine, pulling machine, lighting source testing machine, anemobiagraph, Wechsler hardness, Precision electronic scale, sample knife, torsional dynamometer and so on. From establishment to now, the laboratory has conducted and finished many researches and test tasks. The laboratory aims to improve the quality of finished products and innovate new products better, after years of development, the laboratory has fasten the leading position in cargo testing and inspection and plays an important role in the Company’s R & D on high quality and high value products. |

| Quality Control: The company has established a sound system of personal responsibility on a work post, to duly prepare or amend and strictly implement operational regulations through checking, sampling, inspection of raw materials and finished products, maintain good sequence of production, reasonably arrange the work station apparatus and ensure the smooth flow of production aisles. To supervise and urge the plant to organize the maintenance of equipment well, and maintain the good technical conditions of equipment. To improve process tools well and ensure the precision and quality of tools, fixtures, measuring tools and cutting tools. To manage the quality of materials and materials supply well. To strictly inspect and accept the storage materials, and the goods that are unqualified or fail to comply with the provisions under the contract may be returned or rejected. To strengthen the materials storage and prevent the damage or deterioration. To enhance the service quality and ensure timely supply. |
